Eürāsian Reflexology Massage Therapists are:
- Independent Contractors Certified by the State of California
- are paid on commissions and your
generous gratuities
- graduated from institutions recognized by the State of
California
- work very hard solely for you during the whole session
- prefer accepting appointments for superior
Table Massage services.
Requesting for
therapists to perform discounted or introductory services reduces their income
potential. No Shows and late arrivals does not help them pay their bills.
Therefore, we respectfully ask
on their behalf that appointments for your favorite therapists be limited to our
higher priced Table Massage Services.
Walk Ins are
welcome. However, to reduce your wait time, please call for Availability
as we can get very busy. Our normal hours are 10 AM to 10 PM Daily
Guaranteed Appointments
Because of NO SHOWS, our Therapists require that appointments
made on their behalf be guaranteed with a credit card subject to our appointment
late and
no-show policy.
Appointments after 8PM must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card subject to
Cancellation/ Late / No-Show Policy.
Un-Guaranteed Appointments
We are happy to accept un-guaranteed
appointments for the next available therapist.
Clients with un-guaranteed
appointments should arrive 10 minutes early. Because of NO-SHOWS and
lost revenues, our independent therapists reserve the right to accept
walk in customers within five minutes of the scheduled appointment.
Gratuity
The standard gratuity in the massage industry is $10 for every
Hour of
service. Unlike restaurant establishments, your therapist work very hard to please only
you and not only rely but also
expect the standard minimum tip.
Your
generosity ensures that our good therapists will remain with the
establishment to continue serving you.
Off Hours
We can open the Spa for you and your friend as early as 7AM.
Please call to make special arrangements on a guaranteed appointment
basis.
