understands that unexpected interruptions in plans can occur, and will make
every effort to work with clients. However, the following policies will be
observed:
If an appointment needs to be cancelled by a client, a minimum of two
hours notice is expected.
After this point,
Eürâsian Reflexology reserves the right to charge for one-half of the fee for
the scheduled time.
For Early Appointments from 10 AM
until 12 Noon please cancel before 6PM the day before.

50% Late Cancellation:If an
appointment needs to be cancelled by a client, a minimum of two hours notice is
expected. Cancellations for appointments before noon must be done before 8PM the
preceding day. After this point, Eürâsian Reflexology reserves the right to
charge for one-half of the fee for the scheduled time.
100% No Show: When a client is a no-show for an appointment, Eürâsian
Reflexology will attempt to contact the individual. If not able to contact the
individual, Eürâsian Reflexology reserves the right to charge the individual for
the full amount of the scheduled time.
100% Late Show: If a client is late then massage will be given for only
the remainder of the time at the expected service rate. If there is not enough
time to complete a massage, then the session will be treated as a no-show.
100% Illness: If you are ill, or believe you may becoming ill and have an
appointment scheduled, please contact Eürâsian Reflexology immediately. Massage
when ill can make a client feel worse, and to maintain the health of the
therapist and everyone in the establishment, please do not come while you are
sick. The appointment can be re-scheduled to a later time once the health issue
resolves itself. If ill, the client should call within 24 hours to reschedule
and redeem the charged amount with proof of illness.
