Terms of use for the Gift or Paid Appointment Certificates

Certificate Expiration

·         Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase or issue.

·         Paid Appointments expire 21 days from date of purchase or issue.

General Terms

·         Certificates may be transferable.

·         Subject to Late/No-show/Cancellation policy posted on site or Web site.

·         Not redeemable for cash and No cash back.

·         Not refundable except where required by law.

·         May only be exchanged or upgraded to a REGULAR priced service and must include the standard minimum gratuity at time of redemption.

·         Not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift certificate.

·         Certificate number must be registered and not be previously redeemed.

·         Must be used in one visit by one customer.

·         May be upgraded to one higher priced service.

·         May be exchanged for one similar priced or lesser value service.

·         Cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion.

·         Not valid on tax or gratuity.

Cancellations

·         Please cancel appointments at least 2 hours before scheduled time during business hours.

·         Early 10 AM-12PM appointments please cancel on or before 6 PM, the day before.

·         Subject to Late and No Show Policy.

·         Please call to schedule an appoint to redeem your Gift Certificate or Paid appointment Certificate service.
