You will not be charged if you stop the therapy within the first 15 minutes

• If you experience any discomfort

• If you are not getting the requested or expected service

• If you are simply dissatisfied with the service.

After 15 minutes of service no adjustments will be made and Full Price must be paid. In all fairness, please do not wait until the end of the session to complain and avoid payment.

Reduced Priced Services

Our therapists have agreed to lower the price for some of our popular services. Therapists are assigned on a rotation system always beginning with the next available, especially for ON SALE REDUCED PRICED popular services, unless specifically requested for table services.

Requests for therapists by gender or name to perform discounted or introductory sale services reduces their income potential. No Shows and Late Arrivals do not help pay the bills. Therefore, we respectfully ask on their behalf that appointments for your favorite therapist be limited to our higher or normal priced Massage Table Services.

Gratuity

The standard gratuity in the massage industry is $10 for every Hour of service. Unlike restaurant establishments, your therapist work very hard to please only you for the whole session. They rely and look forward to receiving the standard gratuity. Your generosity ensures that our good therapists will remain with the establishment to continue serving your needs.
